Our primary solution is Bio-Coal – high-calorific torrefied biomass briquettes/pellets that can directly replace traditional coal in power plants and industrial boilers. We collect abundant farm residues (like paddy straw) and process them through torrefaction (a mild roasting process) to produce Bio-Coal with coal-like energy content, reduced moisture, and improved burn efficiency.

In addition to Bio-Coal, our process yields Biochar – a carbon-rich char product with important environmental benefits. Biochar is created by heating biomass in low oxygen conditions and is used as a soil enhancer and carbon sequestration agent.
When mixed into farmlands, it improves soil fertility and water retention, leading to better crop yields for farmers.
Biochar locks away carbon in the soil for decades, effectively sequestering COâ‚‚ that would otherwise be released.
It can also be used in water filtration and as a clean cooking fuel in some applications.
